The Group Accountant - Finance and ESG Reporting role at Trustpilot involves overseeing the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and contributing significantly to financial reporting and analysis. This position reports to the Head of Group Reporting and requires collaboration across various business functions to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing group primary financial statements, advising on technical accounting matters in line with International Accounting Standards (IAS), and liaising with external auditors during financial statement reviews. The role also entails delivering Trustpilot's Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report, enhancing ESG data collection processes, and leading technical analyses of the group's external sustainability reporting requirements, with a focus on UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS).

Candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountants (ACA, CA, ACCA) with post-qualification experience in financial reporting, either from a large tier-1 audit firm or within a listed organization at the group level. Familiarity with TCFD and UK SRS reporting frameworks, experience in implementing new accounting standards, and a strong interest in advancing sustainability reporting practices are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, experience in financial analysis, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
