Key responsibilities include developing and executing Canva’s growth marketing strategy in the Benelux region, translating global priorities into local execution. The role involves scaling user acquisition and engagement through performance channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Additionally, the manager will lead creative experimentation to identify high-performing messaging, formats, and campaigns that resonate with local audiences, optimize marketing performance across channels, and build experimentation frameworks to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, preferably within high-growth consumer tech environments. They should possess strong expertise across paid media channels and understand key performance levers like ROAS, attribution, incrementality, and retention. A deep understanding of the Dutch and broader Benelux digital ecosystem, media landscape, and consumer behavior is essential. Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills are required, along with a highly analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
