Garner Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (Growth Hacker) to join their Growth Marketing team within the Product organization. This role is pivotal in driving member sign-up and engagement, contributing directly to the company's mission of transforming the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality and affordable care. The position is based in New York City, with an expectation of working in the office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

The Growth Marketing Manager will own key performance indicators related to member sign-up rates and engagement metrics, such as app usage and reimbursements. Responsibilities include conducting high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests across various channels (email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications) to optimize these KPIs. The role also involves launching new marketing channels and tactics, developing personalized member journeys through complex, automated workflows, and building scalable processes and AI tools to enhance the growth tech stack. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Client Management, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Data, is essential.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of B2C marketing experience, particularly in growth roles at high-growth tech, health tech, or e-commerce companies. A proven track record in high-volume experimentation and A/B testing is crucial. Technical proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably Iterable, and experience in executing personalized member journeys are required. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills are also essential.
