Growth Marketing Strategy Manager
The Growth Marketing Strategy Manager at Garner Health will lead the development and execution of customized multi-channel communication strategies for key clients, aligning with their unique employee demographics, communication channels, and business objectives. This role involves launching marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, SMS, and direct mail, utilizing marketing automation tools to build and optimize campaigns. Additionally, the manager will develop new assets for the marketing asset library, working closely with designers to create custom marketing collateral for large clients.
Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic advisor to Sales, Client Management, and clients, ensuring stakeholders understand Garner’s engagement approach. The manager will pilot marketing campaigns at key clients and collaborate with the broader Growth Marketing team to scale successful engagement tactics across the client base. Analyzing data to measure and optimize campaign performance is crucial, involving regular client-specific reporting on marketing performance to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also encompasses building scalable processes and AI tools to automate workflows, enhancing efficiency in strategizing and executing member engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in member engagement, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, growth marketing, client services, or related fields, preferably within management consulting firms, high-growth startups, marketing agencies, or digital health tech companies. Proficiency in cross-channel marketing platforms, particularly Iterable, and experience in executing email, segment, and campaign builds are essential. Basic design experience for marketing collateral using tools like Google Slides or Figma is required. Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate complex marketing concepts to internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should be a results-oriented strategic thinker and problem solver, capable of managing multiple complex client initiatives simultaneously. A bias for innovation and experimentation, with a constant drive to test new growth tactics and channels, is highly valued. The role requires a collaborative leader who can build strong relationships across internal teams and with senior client stakeholders.
