GTM Business Systems Leader
ROLLER is seeking a hands-on GTM Business Systems Leader to own, scale, and optimize our go-to-market technology ecosystem. This role involves driving the strategy, architecture, and daily execution across Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, data, and GTM processes. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed systems.
Key responsibilities include owning and operating the end-to-end GTM systems stack, with primary responsibility for Salesforce and HubSpot. The role requires defining the GTM systems roadmap in partnership with Sales, Marketing, partnerships team, and RevOps, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability and system health. Additionally, the leader will configure and customize Salesforce and HubSpot, implement and maintain integrations across GTM, finance, and data platforms, and continuously improve system usability.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, BizOps, or Business Applications, with deep hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration. Strong experience with HubSpot, proven experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools, and a solid understanding of GTM data models are essential. Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, partnerships, and Finance teams is also required.
