GTM Systems Manager
Garner Health is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to join our Revenue team, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. This role focuses on rapidly implementing enhancements and solutions within our go-to-market systems to support our mission of transforming the healthcare economy.
The GTM Systems Manager will be responsible for quickly identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce, managing vendor relationships and licenses for GTM technologies, advising on emerging RevOps tools, and monitoring system performance to maintain operational stability.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, with a strong background in translating business needs into technical system configurations. Proficiency as a Salesforce Administrator, including building complex flows, is essential. Expertise in GTM tech stacks such as Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, and Gong is required. An undergraduate degree in Business or STEM disciplines is necessary; a graduate degree is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000, with eligibility for equity incentives and benefits including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k), and Teladoc Health services.
