The Head of GTM - Systems & Agents at xAI is a pivotal role responsible for building, automating, and operating the systems that drive the company's global go-to-market (GTM) organization. This position is integral to xAI's mission of creating AI systems that accurately understand the universe and aid humanity in its pursuit of knowledge. The role offers an opportunity to work within a small, highly motivated team that values engineering excellence and operates with a flat organizational structure.
Key responsibilities include owning and scaling the GTM tech stack, which encompasses tools like HubSpot, Clay, Gong, and internal systems. The role involves architecting and automating workflows to eliminate manual GTM tasks, building systems to support consumption-based forecasting models linked to product telemetry, and developing dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility. Additionally, the position requires partnering cross-functionally to align data flows across Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations, as well as evaluating and implementing new technologies to expand automation coverage.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in owning and automating CRMs at scale, with a preference for HubSpot. A proven track record in designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered agent workflows for revenue operations or sales is essential. Experience with consumption-based revenue models and hyperscaler GTM environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly valued. The role also requires a history of building and leading high-performing teams, a strategic and hands-on approach to building AI-driven systems, and strong analytical and data-driven capabilities to build end-to-end automation pipelines.
The compensation for this role ranges from $200,000 to $400,000 USD.
