The Head of Industry - Retail & CPG at Celonis leads the vision, strategy, and execution of the Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods Industry Practice. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Go-To-Market, Product, AI, and Engineering, to develop and scale software solutions that address critical industry challenges. Key responsibilities include defining the vision for the Retail & CPG industry practice and translating it into a strategic plan with prioritized actions. The role requires building and leading a cross-functional team across Value Engineering, Sales, and AI, and establishing processes to enhance the company's impact within the industry. Engaging directly with customers to align solutions with their business strategies and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market leaders to inform product development based on customer feedback are also essential duties. Additionally, the position involves identifying scalable use cases across the Celonis platform to drive innovation and enabling internal teams and partners to effectively position and deploy Retail & CPG solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading cross-functional teams to develop software solutions addressing strategic Retail & CPG industry challenges. A high degree of entrepreneurship, particularly experience in building from the ground up, is essential. Excellence in public speaking and external presentations, along with strong communication and collaboration skills, are required to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in developing enterprise software solutions with a portfolio showcasing successful real-world applications is also necessary.
Celonis offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $195,000 to $228,000, along with bonus/commission, equity (Restricted Stock Units), and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
