LaunchDarkly is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead and expand its global partner ecosystem, encompassing GSIs/SIs, Cloud, VARs, and Technology Partners. This role involves building and launching a comprehensive Partner Program, operationalizing a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, and defining service offerings that extend the LaunchDarkly platform. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and align partner strategies with the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading a high-output partnerships team while personally managing strategic partner relationships. The role involves redesigning the partner program to reflect a multi-product portfolio and future growth strategies, implementing a PRM platform integrated with Salesforce, and establishing repeatable models for service packaging with GSIs/SIs. Additionally, the Head of Partnerships will align with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure partner initiatives are embedded in core go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, including significant experience with Services/SI/GSI partners, and at least 7 years of leadership experience with a player/coach profile. Proven success in rebuilding or relaunching partner programs, hands-on experience with PRM platforms and Salesforce, and direct experience in designing or scaling GSI/SI service offerings are essential. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience in DevOps, developer tools, observability, or AI/ML ecosystems are also required.

Compensation for this role varies based on geographic location, with target pay ranges as follows:

- Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle): $269,000 - $370,000

- Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago): $242,000 - $333,000

- Zone 3 (All other US locations): $229,000 - $314,000
