The Head of People Services at Trustpilot is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and modernizing global people services. This position involves leading a team across Copenhagen and London, focusing on enhancing people operations, systems, and governance to deliver a seamless, high-quality employee experience at scale. The role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and compliance, aiming to transform people processes into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring a team of people operations and governance professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role entails owning and continuously improving the full employee lifecycle from preboarding through to offboarding, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all legal entities. Additionally, the Head of People Services will drive efficiency and quality across all lifecycle processes through robust documentation, team training, and clear standards for execution, while proactively identifying opportunities to modernize manual or high-volume processes through technology, AI, and automation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading People Operations or People Services functions in a global, multi-entity environment, with a strong track record of building and scaling operational excellence. Deep expertise in core HR operations, governance, and compliance is essential, along with the ability to design and embed robust, scalable processes and controls. The candidate should be a strategic thinker capable of operating at both high-level and detailed perspectives, comfortable defining future-state operating models while remaining hands-on in execution. Strong organizational and execution skills, as well as proficiency with People/HR technology (HRIS and ATS), are required. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style are also important.
