Head of Procurement

KoBold Metals is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead and optimize our global procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with KoBold's objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement process to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support project needs and timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in procurement software, and a deep understanding of procurement best practices are essential. Experience in the mining or technology sectors is highly desirable.
