Garner Health is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead its product marketing efforts within the Marketing team. This pivotal role involves designing and owning significant parts of the company's go-to-market strategy, including evolving product messaging frameworks and sales enablement tools. The position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and requires collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to drive improved close rates and deal velocity.

Key responsibilities include building a strong product marketing core by designing and evolving messaging and positioning frameworks focused on market differentiation. The role also involves utilizing prospect, customer, and industry feedback, along with data and analytics, to guide messaging and content decisions. Additionally, the Head of Product Marketing will enable external-facing teams with toolkits to maximize the potential of the evolving product suite and ensure all messaging and content are on-brand and optimized for different channels and target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of product marketing experience with a proven ability to execute strategically, focusing on measurable outcomes and driving growth-oriented solutions for clients in B2B SaaS. Experience in healthcare benefits and working with employer buyers, brokers, or healthcare partners is a strong plus. Success in leading SaaS companies in new categories and category evangelism, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of compelling storytelling are also essential. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

The total compensation range for this role is $230,000 to $255,000 annually. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical, dental, and vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health services.
