Head of Software Product Management

Formlabs is seeking a Head of Software Product Management to lead the development and execution of our software roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering teams to enhance the user experience of our 3D printing products. This role encompasses all aspects of software product management within the company.

Key responsibilities include guiding the team through the full product lifecycle—from conception to commercialization—while making impactful decisions that affect both software and hardware products. The role also involves conducting user research and competitive analysis to identify market needs, mentoring product managers, and actively recruiting top talent to strengthen the team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science or embedded engineering, at least five years of experience in product management, and prior experience leading a team of five or more direct reports. A proactive approach to driving processes forward and enabling team success is essential.
