As the Health Insurance Claim Head at you will lead the Employee Benefit Insurance After Sale team, encompassing both Data and Claim units. is a fintech startup in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online, enabling users to compare and apply without visiting a bank.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the processing of insurance claims, assisting clients with endorsements, and maintaining accurate documentation and data records. You will ensure that claims are processed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and that claim appraisals are justified according to the agreed terms and conditions. Additionally, you will coordinate with insurance companies and hospitals to assist clients during hospital admissions, develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies' claim departments, and negotiate or appeal rejected claims as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience as a Claim Manager in insurance or brokerage firms, with established relationships within the insurance industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential, along with a commitment to adhering to SLAs and meeting client expectations. The ability to respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries is crucial. A solid understanding of insurance terms, conditions, and the claim appeal process is required, and a background in medicine is preferred but not mandatory.
