As a member of this team, you will engage in designing and implementing scalable and performant backend services, contributing to Peloton's e-commerce presence across web, retail, and other sales channels. Your work will involve creating services and infrastructure that deliver engaging experiences to Peloton's community, ensuring seamless interaction with the platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, will be essential to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python. Experience in building and scaling RESTful microservices, familiarity with data stores like PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or GCP are highly desirable. A solid understanding of version control systems and CI/CD tools is also important. Experience in e-commerce platforms is considered a bonus.
