Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager at xAI will oversee the organization's food and customer service operations, ensuring excellence across a 24/7 multi-outlet environment. This role involves developing and implementing customer service strategies and training programs to enhance the dining experience for employees and guests. The Hospitality Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting xAI's mission by fostering a positive and productive workplace through superior hospitality services.
Key responsibilities include coordinating service operations for various dining concepts, ranging from high-volume food halls to quick-service and full-service restaurants, as well as catering services. The manager will monitor and motivate staff, ensure exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and facilitate cross-site communication. Additional duties encompass hiring and developing talent, ensuring compliance with mandatory company trainings, managing scheduling and payroll, and upholding customer service principles.
Candidates must possess an associate degree in hospitality management and have over seven years of leadership experience in the food service industry, particularly within high-volume, multi-concept operations. Preferred qualifications include manager-level food safety certification, experience in opening new operations or developing operational procedures for multi-unit establishments, and knowledge in beverage and wine management. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and a solid understanding of customer service and safe kitchen operations are also desirable.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $148,000 to $189,000 annually. Additional requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted, stand for extended periods, and work all shifts, including overtime and weekends.
