Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager at xAI will lead and manage the organization's food and customer service activities, developing and implementing effective customer service strategies and training programs across a 24/7 multi-outlet operation. This role is integral to xAI's mission of creating AI systems that aid humanity in its pursuit of knowledge, by ensuring a high-quality dining experience that boosts morale and productivity within the company.
Key responsibilities include coordinating service operations for site meals across multiple concepts, ranging from high-volume food halls to quick-service and full-service restaurants, as well as catering. The Hospitality Manager will monitor and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, engage with customers, manage cross-site communication, hire and develop talent, oversee scheduling and payroll, and uphold customer service principles. Additionally, the role involves overseeing menu accuracy, managing point-of-sale systems, enforcing food safety practices, and leading catering execution.
Candidates must possess an associate degree in hospitality management and have over seven years of leadership experience within the food service industry, particularly in high-volume, multi-concept operations. Preferred qualifications include manager-level food safety certification, experience in opening new operations or creating operational procedures for high-volume, multi-unit establishments, beverage and wine knowledge, advanced understanding of modern marketing fundamentals, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
