HR Operations Intern
a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, is seeking an HR Operations Intern to join our dynamic HR Services team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a fast-paced fintech environment.
As an HR Operations Intern, you will assist with daily administrative and operational activities, support the coordination and documentation of performance review processes, and help maintain and organize employee records and HR-related documents. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing HR initiatives and projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate from any major, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, or Management. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required. Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, will ensure success in this role.
