HR Services Officer

a leading financial technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated HR Services Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is integral to ensuring efficient HR operations and supporting our mission to provide innovative financial solutions to our customers.

As an HR Services Officer, you will be responsible for implementing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all administrative documentation is complete and accurate. You will manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to maintain comprehensive employee data in compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Additionally, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to verify the accuracy of employee attendance data and perform personnel administration tasks as per established procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in any major and possesses 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong data management and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. A good command of English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate within our diverse team.
