Hub Manager (German-speaking)

As a Hub Manager at Via, you will oversee the daily operations of our on-demand RMV services in the greater Frankfurt area. This role involves managing a team of drivers, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for riders, and driving continuous service optimization through data analysis and AI projects. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers and local partners, addressing operational challenges and implementing improvements to enhance service quality.

Your key responsibilities will include managing daily onsite operations, making real-time decisions on fleet and driver supply, guiding and supporting drivers, and turning rider and community feedback into actionable improvements. You will also act as the liaison between Via's partners, drivers, and central teams, leveraging data to solve problems and drive service enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have operational experience in people management, logistics, or customer service, with strong communication skills to build trust with drivers, riders, teammates, and city partners. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential, along with proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level or higher. A valid Class B driver's license in Germany is required.

Compensation includes a base salary range of €45,000 to €55,000 per year, determined by experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a company pension scheme with a 20% employer contribution, Urban Sports Club membership, and 30 vacation days per year.
