Hub Manager (m/w/d)

As a Hub Manager (m/w/d) at Via, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our on-demand public transportation services in the Frankfurt area. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend operational management with technological innovation, contributing directly to the evolution of urban mobility solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily operations to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for our passengers. You will lead the continuous optimization of our field team and services through data analysis, technology, AI, and automation, including overseeing AI projects from conception to implementation. Additionally, you will make real-time decisions regarding fleet management, driver availability, compliance, and customer needs, utilizing data to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.

Ideal candidates should have operational experience in personnel management, logistics, customer service, or other process-oriented fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust with drivers, passengers, team members, and urban partners. A hands-on, proactive approach is necessary, with the ability to take responsibility for staff and address problems directly in the operational environment. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, structured work methods, and digital tools, including analysis and AI tools, is required. Fluency in German and English at a minimum C1 level and a valid German driver's license (Class B) are also mandatory.

The compensation package includes an annual salary between €45,000 and €55,000, along with benefits such as a company pension plan with a 20% employer contribution, membership in the Urban Sports Club, and 30 vacation days per year.
