Implementation Analyst, Enterprise (Seattle Hiring Event)

The Implementation Analyst will lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and operational goals, translating these into clear requirements and supporting successful implementations across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include configuring Axon software solutions, evaluating solution options, designing and executing user acceptance testing, and developing training materials to support customer adoption.

Candidates should have experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating ownership and follow-through on deliverables. Strong business analysis skills, technical collaboration abilities, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential. The base pay for this role ranges from $63,113 to $100,980, depending on factors such as experience and geographic location.
