Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst

Trustpilot is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission to be the universal symbol of trust by enhancing the security of our products, data, infrastructure, and brand reputation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments, including Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Legal, to mitigate information security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.

In this position, you will work directly with the Head of Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance to mature our information security risk management practices. Key responsibilities include improving third-party and supply chain risk management, refining our security policies and public-facing documentation, and contributing to our compliance efforts with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO27001, and PCI DSS. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in automating manual processes and promoting information security risk awareness across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO27001, and PCI DSS, along with familiarity with risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. A solid understanding of third-party risk management, vendor security due diligence, and policy development is essential. We value technologists who can automate routine tasks and those with a keen interest in security and risk within the digital economy. A pragmatic approach to balancing risk and innovation, as well as an understanding of cloud environment risks, will be advantageous.
