Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst

Trustpilot is seeking an Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst to join our team in Copenhagen. As a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company, we operate the world's largest independent consumer review platform and are on a mission to become the universal symbol of trust. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our security initiatives and help shape our approach to AI security and governance.

In this position, you will drive compliance efforts for industry standards such as SOC 2, ISO27001, ISO42001, and PCI DSS. You will evaluate and manage security risks associated with new AI and machine learning systems, streamline vendor security assessments, and develop internal standards for AI in line with global regulations. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to automate risk management tasks using AI and refresh security policies to effectively communicate our security posture.

The ideal candidate has solid experience managing and auditing compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO27001, and PCI DSS. You should be well-versed in risk management processes, including third-party risk management and vendor security due diligence. Practical experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures is essential. Familiarity with emerging AI governance frameworks and experience using AI to automate GRC workflows are advantageous.
