Axon is seeking an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Lightpost and Outpost solutions to join our Boston, MA office. This role focuses on our Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) products, serving as the primary product expert for the East Small City inside sales team. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays.

In this role, you will deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to law enforcement use cases, assist in building accurate quotes, and address customer inquiries to facilitate the closing of Outpost/Lightpost-specific opportunities. Your responsibilities include fielding questions on product features, deployment models, pricing, and integrations with Axon software, as well as maintaining demo environments and coordinating proof-of-concept trials.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one year in a sales, pre-sales, sales engineering, or product specialist role, preferably within an inside sales environment. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong facilitation and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with ALPR deployments and public safety use cases is advantageous.
