Inside Sales Specialist - Lead
Neysa Networks is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Lead to spearhead strategic outbound sales and lead generation for our AI and GPU Cloud offerings. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to convert prospects into high-value pipeline opportunities. The Inside Sales Lead will be responsible for executing end-to-end outbound sales strategies, from prospecting to qualification and appointment setting. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing strategic outbound campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving pipeline creation through value-based conversations, and leveraging market insights to build targeted outreach for key industry verticals. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and managing a high-performing inside sales team, collaborating with enterprise sales, marketing, and solution architecture teams, and maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of progressive experience in inside sales or business development within enterprise technology, cloud, or SaaS sectors. A proven track record in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management in cloud, AI/ML, or GPU infrastructure domains is essential. Experience in solution-based selling, managing enterprise-level conversations with CxO and technical decision-makers, and proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools are also required. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, along with the ability to lead, coach, and scale a small team of inside sales representatives or SDRs, are crucial for success in this role.
