Key responsibilities include processing and uploading merchant or partner documents into the system, updating tagging locations based on sales team requests, and resetting merchant dashboard passwords upon request. The role also involves conducting reconciliations for major merchants such as Blibli PayLater, and Zalora. Additionally, the candidate will manage and save reporting documents, merchant or partner documents, and QR static codes on Google Drive. Collaboration with teams including Fraud, Sales, Business Development, and other stakeholders is essential to support successful merchant onboarding and integration.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Fresh graduates based in the Jabodetabek area are welcome to apply, though one year of experience in a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to plan and adhere to structured timetables.
