Integrations Associate
Garner Health is seeking an Integrations Associate to join our Feed Integrations Team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing eligibility and claims data feeds that are foundational to our healthcare platform. The position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to our New York City headquarters.
As an Integrations Associate, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies. You will collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues for renewing clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes.
The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem-solving. You should have 0 to 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including familiarity with eligibility and claims file formats such as EDI 834, 837, and custom flat files. Knowledge of data integration protocols like SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mapping is essential. Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners are also required.
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 annually.
