Intern Sales Development Program (Benelux market)
Celonis is seeking an intern to join its Business Development team in Madrid, focusing on the Benelux market. As a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, Celonis is at the forefront of transforming business processes through AI and data-driven insights. In this position, the intern will engage in account research and strategic prospecting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling. Key responsibilities include aligning focus accounts with the account team, identifying and sourcing key influencers and decision-makers within target companies, and initiating sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives. The intern will also accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle and present progress reports to sales leaders to drive growth results.
The ideal candidate is a student of Business Administration or a comparable program, who works in a structured manner and is a fast learner. Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment are essential. Native (or equivalent) proficiency in Dutch is a must, and other European languages are a plus. The role requires at least six months of full-time availability.
Celonis offers a structured two-week onboarding process to learn the essentials of tech sales, weekly coaching sessions with management, and mentoring by senior Business Development Representatives. Interns will gain real-life exposure to the Business Development Representative role with dedicated target accounts and monthly targets, and have the opportunity to quickly take ownership by engaging with senior management of prospects from the third week.
