Internal IT Engineer

Neysa is seeking an Internal IT Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth, secure, and reliable digital workplace for our employees. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will contribute to enhancing device security, maintaining system performance, and providing a seamless work experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing robust support for macOS, Windows, and other company devices. You will be tasked with setting up and managing new employee devices, which encompasses installing operating systems, necessary applications, user accounts, and security tools. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex issues related to operating systems, software conflicts, login problems, network connectivity, VPNs, and collaboration tools. Managing the inventory of all company IT devices, overseeing office Wi-Fi and LAN connections, and maintaining conference room equipment are also key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3–7 years of hands-on experience in IT support or end-user computing environments. A strong proficiency in macOS, Linux, and Windows administration, troubleshooting, and device configuration is essential. Experience with endpoint security practices, including patching, antivirus/EDR tools, device encryption, and access control, is required. A solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls is also necessary. Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, proficiency with ticketing systems, and strong analytical skills will be advantageous.
