The Investment Director will oversee the entire deal process, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management. Responsibilities encompass collaborating with leadership to shape investment strategies, presenting acquisition opportunities with detailed financial analyses, leading due diligence processes, managing relationships with software company founders, and ensuring successful integration of acquired companies.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development. A strong academic background in Business or Finance is required. The role demands strategic thinking, proven experience in leading M&A transactions, adaptability to manage multiple deals across various industries, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
