The Investment Director will be responsible for the entire deal process, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, and post-acquisition integration. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to shape investment strategies, presenting acquisition opportunities with detailed financial analyses, leading due diligence processes, managing relationships with software company founders and stakeholders, and ensuring successful integration of acquired companies by working closely with internal teams.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development. A strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and contribute to Beacon's long-term vision is essential. Proven experience in leading and closing M&A transactions, the ability to manage multiple deals across various industries, a strong academic background in Business or Finance, and a deep interest in technology are also required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail, and a growth mindset are crucial for success in this role.
