Investment Lead

The Investment Lead will be responsible for the entire M&A process, including sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions. This role involves collaborating with Investment Directors, the executive team, and the value creation team to evaluate and close deals. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with owners, advisors, and bankers; preparing and analyzing financial and operational models; conducting detailed due diligence; drafting investment memorandums; and assisting in the integration of newly acquired businesses.

Candidates should have a strong academic record in Business or Finance from a competitive institution and possess a deep understanding of technology with a passion for the software industry. A minimum of 1-6 years of M&A experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or a software-specific industry is required. Familiarity with a buy-and-build model and experience in VMS, software, and technology is a plus. Proficiency in building financial models, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
