Audax Private Debt is seeking an Investor Relations Operations Analyst to join its high-performing Investor Relations team. This role is integral to the firm's investor engagement efforts, serving as a key point of contact for limited partners and collaborating closely with senior leadership and internal teams. The position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring four days per week in the office.

The Analyst will manage outbound mass communications and postings to investors, as well as handle a variety of inbound inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating investor onboarding processes, maintaining accurate investor account information, managing ad hoc requests, and overseeing detailed processes such as investor audit confirmations and reporting. The role also involves monitoring inbound investor requests, liaising with transfer agents, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry in the firm's CRM and accounting systems.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the asset management industry or investor relations. Proficiency with CRM databases like Dynamo or Salesforce is ideal, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000, with potential eligibility for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
