IT / AV Support Engineer (Onsite)

Canva is seeking a highly motivated IT/AV Support Engineer to join our EMEA IT Operations team in London. This on-site role is integral to supporting our rapidly growing team, ensuring seamless technology experiences, and contributing to our mission of empowering the world to design.

In this position, you will provide AV support for events at our London campus, gather technical requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution. Additionally, you will offer on-site and remote technical support to team members, troubleshoot hardware issues—including MacBooks, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and video conferencing equipment—and manage our EMEA assets, including procurement and provisioning.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience supporting users on-site. Proficiency in managing MDM-controlled Apple/Mac hardware within an enterprise environment is essential. Familiarity with applications such as Canva, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom is highly desirable. Experience in onboarding and offboarding employees, managing hardware assets, and supporting office infrastructure, including networking and meeting rooms, is also required.
