IT Engineer

The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, administering various SaaS applications, and providing high-level end-user support. Candidates should possess prior experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, with a strong customer service mindset. Proficiency in macOS, Windows, and Linux environments is essential, along with familiarity with Google Workspace and SSO platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are also required.
