ROLLER is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Officer to join our London office. This hands-on role is integral to supporting our rapidly growing team and the technology that drives ROLLER's global operations. As the first line of IT support, you will ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems, secure our tech infrastructure, and enable teams across the business—including Engineering, Product, Finance, and Sales—to thrive. This hybrid position requires four in-office days at our Shoreditch location, with flexibility to work from home one day a week.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees requiring ICT support, responding to and resolving service desk tickets efficiently. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime, building and updating a comprehensive knowledge base to empower self-service, and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, or infrastructure. Additionally, you will procure, configure, and deploy new hardware and software for new hires, manage the IT asset register, set up and manage software subscriptions, and identify opportunities for system improvements, leading small-scale implementation projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a similar IT support role within a high-growth environment. You should possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure/Entra and Google Workspace administration. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and exposure to security tools such as Crowdstrike are advantageous. A solid understanding of networking, mobile device management (MDM), and IT infrastructure is essential, along with working knowledge of ITIL or other IT support frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, as is the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivation, dependability, and comfort working both independently and as part of a team are key attributes for success in this role.

ROLLER offers an attractive compensation package, including 20 days of paid time off (PTO), 10 sick days, and local paid bank holidays. Additional benefits include ROLLER Recharge days to celebrate and recharge upon achieving goals, 16 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers, and 4 weeks for secondary carers. Employees also receive private medical and dental insurance, a company pension with The People's Pension, life insurance from day one, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering 24/7 GP and mental health support, physiotherapy, wellbeing resources, long-term condition support, and specialist services. Engaging in our 'Vibe Tribe' allows team members to contribute to company-wide initiatives directly, including regular events, social activities, fundraising, and cause-related campaigns.
