IT Service Engineer
As an IT Service Engineer at Celonis, you will be an integral part of our international IT Service Team, ensuring seamless IT operations across the company. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues for employees globally, with a particular focus on supporting our Bangalore office. Celonis is a leading enterprise SaaS company specializing in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, dedicated to enhancing business processes through advanced AI capabilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for IT support requests, providing hands-on support for both macOS and Windows platforms, and collaborating with the global IT Service Team to resolve technical issues via various communication channels. Additionally, you will install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and peripherals, manage the onboarding process for new employees in Bangalore, and support mobile devices through mobile device management platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both macOS and Windows environments. Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11 operating systems, experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, and proficiency in M365 administration and support are essential. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, as well as experience with Mobile Device Management solutions like Intune and Kandji, are also required.
