The Key Account Associate - Paylater role at involves managing and executing strategic marketing partnerships across various verticals. The position requires collaboration with the Business Development team to develop offline and online channel growth strategies aimed at acquiring merchants. The associate will drive end-to-end strategic business development initiatives, identifying potential collaboration areas, formulating partnership strategies, and ensuring that strategic commitments are fully optimized and delivered.
Key responsibilities include generating insightful reports to measure performance across various partnership deals and continuously optimizing the upselling process with Payment Gateway and EDC partners. The role also involves maintaining accurate and updated partnership trackers, managing weekly partnership KPIs, supervising and interacting closely with various teams, and managing day-to-day relationships with third-party partners, including Payment Gateway and EDC partners.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the Payment Gateway or EDC industry. Essential qualifications include impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Bahasa, outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail, the ability to plan and work to a structured timetable, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and being a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
