Key Account Executive
Axon is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage and expand revenue and market share within designated agencies in the Southeast region. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives. The Key Account Executive will collaborate with account teams to deliver compelling value propositions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies, tracking customer activity in internal systems, and identifying additional opportunities. The role also involves cultivating customer relationships, ensuring effective service delivery, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the customer's business and workflows. The Key Account Executive will oversee all account activities, drive overall customer satisfaction, and provide product training as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing software (SaaS/Cloud) sales experience and at least 3 years of experience managing major accounts. Solution or consultative sales experience within complex sales processes is essential. Proficiency in data management using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, a strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS, and the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences are required. The role requires the ability to travel over 70% of the time, including overnight travel.
