Key Account Executive
As a Key Account Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding revenue and market share within designated agencies. This position is integral to Axon's mission of protecting life by providing innovative public safety solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology to law enforcement agencies.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth, executing account strategies in collaboration with the account team, and tracking customer activities to identify additional opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective service delivery, understanding customer workflows, and managing all account activities within your portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing software sales experience, with at least 3 years managing major accounts. A strong understanding of cloud and SaaS solutions, proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, and the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Experience in law enforcement or public safety is highly desirable.
