Axon is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our mission-driven team dedicated to protecting life through innovative public safety technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Axon's products and services to law enforcement agencies within the Northeast territory, specifically focusing on New Jersey and Massachusetts. This is a quota-carrying, external field position that requires the ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior-level relationships, and navigate customer agencies and procurement processes.

As a Key Account Executive, you will manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth, executing account strategies by collaborating with the account team to deliver relevant value propositions, and tracking customer activity in internal systems to identify additional opportunities. You will also cultivate customer relationships, ensure effective service delivery, and oversee all account activities within your book of business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing Software (SaaS/Cloud) sales experience and at least 3 years of experience managing a book of major accounts. You should possess solution or consultative sales experience within complex sales processes, data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM, and a strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS technologies. The role requires the ability to travel over 70% of the time, including overnight travel, and to clearly articulate complex solution offerings across both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in law enforcement or public safety is preferred.
