As a Key Account Junior Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients by understanding their unique insurance needs and offering tailored Employee Benefit solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include analyzing client insurance portfolios, assessing risk exposure, and recommending adjustments or enhancements during the renewal process. You will oversee the Employee Benefit insurance renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and proactively addressing any changes or challenges. Acting as the main point of contact, you will coordinate internally with the operations team to handle client requests, facilitate efficient resolution of inquiries, and advocate for client interests. Additionally, you will educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies to help them make informed decisions, and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and services.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Employee Benefit Account Manager or equivalent client servicing experience in an insurance company or brokerage. Additional insurance education or designations are preferred. Experience in maintaining employee benefits for large companies is essential, along with deep knowledge of Employee Benefit products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare presentations are required. The candidate must be highly organized, work well in a team environment, and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills. The ability to assess and maintain multiple priorities while managing one or more books of business is crucial.
