Key responsibilities include establishing and managing all aspects of laboratory operations, including workflow, safety protocols, and analytical methodologies. The Lab Manager will lead lab technicians, develop and implement standard operating procedures, and maintain regulatory compliance. Daily work includes supervising sample preparation, conducting instrumental analysis using advanced technologies, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of results delivered to exploration and geoscience teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management within minerals or geochemical analysis, with hands-on experience in advanced analytical instrumentation.
