Lead AI Consultant
As a Lead AI Consultant at Celonis, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our customers' digital transformation by implementing AI-driven solutions within their business processes. You will be part of the Celonis Services organization, a strategic consulting arm dedicated to delivering production-ready implementations that drive measurable impact. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, committed to unlocking productivity by integrating AI and data at the core of business operations.
In this role, you will provide architectural oversight for concurrent deployments at Fortune 500 organizations, ensuring the scalability and robustness of AI-enriched solutions. Collaborating closely with pre-sales teams, you will transform experimental prototypes into enterprise-grade applications and maintain a continuous feedback loop with Product and Engineering teams to standardize successful deployments. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing low-latency systems for high-throughput data integration and implementing evaluation pipelines to test large language model quality and reliability at scale.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and scaling innovative AI solutions within customer IT environments, moving these solutions from pilot to production. A deep proficiency in Python for building enterprise-grade large language model-based solutions is essential. In-depth understanding of complex business challenges within specific industry verticals, such as Manufacturing or Life Sciences, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are required to translate complex architectural concepts into strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders. A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
Celonis offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $162,000 to $191,000, along with bonus/commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.
