Lead AI Deployment Architect
As a Lead AI Deployment Architect at Celonis, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions tailored to customer needs. This role involves close collaboration with customers, product teams, and engineering to maximize efficiency and drive innovation within the Process Intelligence platform. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, dedicated to transforming business processes through AI and data-driven insights.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include pitching the Celonis AI value proposition to customers, aligning solutions with their AI strategies, and developing scalable AI use cases. You will prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions, including both traditional machine learning and large language model-based approaches. Additionally, you will collect and share AI success stories, define and execute roadmaps for AI Lighthouse customers, and collaborate closely with Product & Engineering teams to inform future product development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, process improvement, or software deployment, preferably in a customer-facing capacity with a consultancy or SaaS provider. Proficiency in Python, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders are essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field is required.
