Lead Consultant
As a Lead Consultant at Celonis, you will spearhead agile project teams to drive customers' digital transformation and support the company's international growth. You will identify strategic priorities and lead your team in developing data-driven process insights and actions, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Celonis' offerings. This role involves leveraging the latest features of the Celonis software, including Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting business workshops to translate customers' strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases and coordinating with the Data Operations team to integrate solutions into customer IT environments. You will lead implementation projects, ensuring optimal solutions for defined use cases through data modeling, transformations, process analysis, and KPI development. Additionally, you will identify process inefficiencies, understand their root causes, and collaborate with customers to suggest and implement improvements. Facilitating value creation workshops, defining success KPIs, quantifying business potential, and automating tasks to enhance process conformance are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in IT consulting, solution or data consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators. Proficiency in SQL is required, with additional knowledge of programming languages such as Python being advantageous. A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining is essential. Candidates should possess a general understanding of business processes and related financial metrics, with knowledge of standard ERPs like SAP considered a strong plus. Excellent analytical skills, strong consulting abilities, and fluency in English are also required. A bachelor's or master's degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field is necessary.
The base salary for this position in New York ranges from $162,000 to $191,000 USD annually. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
