As a Lead Consultant at Celonis, you will lead agile project teams to accelerate customers' digital transformation and drive the company's international expansion. You will identify strategic priorities and guide your team in developing data-driven process insights and actions to ensure maximum value for customers. This role involves leveraging the latest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, including Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

Key responsibilities include conducting business workshops to translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases, coordinating with the Data Operations team to connect solutions to customer IT environments, and leading implementation projects to address defined use cases. You will also analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, understand root causes, and suggest approaches to overcome them. Additionally, you will lead value creation workshops, define relevant KPIs, quantify business and financial potential, and present findings to management.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in IT consulting, solution/data consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators. A demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, proficiency in SQL (with knowledge of other programming languages like Python being a plus), and a strong appetite for value-driven approaches and data topics are essential. A general understanding of business processes and related financial metrics, with knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP, is advantageous. Strong consulting skills, excellent analytical abilities, and fluency in English are also required.
