Lead Data Analyst, Growth Science

Chime is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join its Growth Science team, focusing on enhancing the performance of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing initiatives. As a senior individual contributor, this role involves leading high-impact growth projects through advanced analytical methods. The Lead Data Analyst will collaborate with vendors to develop media mix models, design and execute complex experiments, and create predictive models to optimize marketing and product strategies. This position also entails partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and mentoring other analysts to enhance the team's technical rigor.

Candidates should possess a strong orientation toward business impact, demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a PhD in statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in applied science roles, with expertise in predictive modeling and causal inference, is required. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, along with experience in utilizing AI to improve processes, is also necessary.
