Lead Instructor, Education Services
The Lead Instructor, Education Services at Ridgeline is responsible for delivering high-impact virtual and in-person training sessions to employees, partners, and customers. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing learner satisfaction, certification outcomes, and product adoption. The instructor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training experiences and ensure learners gain confidence and capability in using Ridgeline's platform.
Key responsibilities include facilitating engaging and inclusive learning sessions, managing learning management system (LMS) activities, and leveraging AI tools to enhance training preparation and efficiency. The instructor will also contribute to curriculum strategy by supporting course updates and developing train-the-trainer resources. Establishing processes to evaluate session feedback and implementing measurable improvements to training outcomes are essential aspects of this role.
Candidates should have 4–6+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training for complex, enterprise-grade software products. Experience in learning and development, consulting, or customer success within the investment management software industry is strongly preferred. Strong facilitation skills, the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and proficiency with LMS platforms and virtual training tools are required. A willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person training sessions are also necessary.
Ridgeline offers a competitive salary range for this role, with typical starting salaries between $124,000 and $155,000. In select high-cost areas like the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, the range is $136,000 to $170,000.
